- Asana, Inc.: Your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, billing information, order details, and all information necessary to provide you with the best Services
- Accountor Finago Oy: Your billing information.
- Google Workspace: Materials you use together with us.
- Slack Technologies, LLC: Conversations with us.
- Teamtailor AB: All the information that applicants provide us.
- Panda Doc, Inc.: Your name, email address, and all information necessary to process the agreement.
6 Public Information and Third Parties
Third Parties: We are not responsible for, and this Privacy Policy does not cover, your use of any third-party widgets, features, websites, or links to third-party websites or services. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit or service you use.
We may publish customers’ logos on our website. To request that your logo be removed, please email us at contact@smoothly.fi.
We may publish content created for customers on our website, which may contain personal information. To request that your personal information be removed from such content, please email us at contact@smoothly.fi.
Social Media Widgets: Our websites include social media features. These features may collect your IP address and the page(s) you are visiting and may set cookies to ensure they function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our site. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.
7 International Data Transfers

11 Job Applicant Data
If you apply for a role at Smoothly or join Smoothly Network, we collect and process the personal data you provide as part of the application process. This may include your name, contact details, CV, cover letter, portfolio, LinkedIn profile, references, and other information relevant to the application.
We process this data to assess your suitability for current and future roles, to communicate with you about your application, and to manage our recruitment process. Our legal basis for this processing is as follows:
- Consent when you voluntarily provide your data
- Steps necessary to enter into a contract
- Legitimate interest in building and managing a candidate pool
We use Teamtailor AB as our applicant tracking system and may share your data with internal decision-makers and hiring teams.
Applicant data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes or as required by law. You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your applicant data at any time by emailing networksuccess@smoothly.fi.
