Johanna leads Smoothly’s creator community, the Smoothly Network. She ensures that every client gets a team tailored to their needs and that collaboration between creators and clients runs seamlessly.

Johanna has been part of Smoothly’s growth since 2019. Over the years, she has worn many hats and continuously expanded her expertise in areas such as content creation, client work, recruitment, and product development.

In her work, Johanna combines process management, strong communication skills, and a drive for continuous improvement. Her empathetic, people-centered approach is evident in everything she does, from communication to building processes. Her goal is to foster a community where Smoothly’s creators genuinely feel at home and see themselves as an important part of the whole. This work has paid off: satisfaction among Smoothly Network creators has consistently remained above 4/5 in surveys.

Her background in the events industry and entrepreneurship has shaped Johanna into a bold, solution-oriented, and flexible professional. She has a rare ability to see both the big picture and the smallest details, to such an extent that within the team, she is known for the phrase, “Johanna happened to notice.” Her work always reflects a desire to create clarity and move things forward with a hands-on, gentle, and human-centered approach.

In her free time, Johanna enjoys sports, photography, and spending time with friends. She lives by her motto: “Seeker of beautiful places, souls, and moments.”
