Nina works in Smoothly’s Network team, where she is responsible for recruiting creators, onboarding them, and supporting their day-to-day work in client projects. She ensures that new talents find their way to Smoothly and get to shine in just the right assignments. Nina also makes sure that processes run smoothly from the very beginning.

She joined Smoothly in the fall of 2023, and the role felt like a natural fit right away: a growth company, marketing, and recruitment combined with remote work while she was living in Spain. Thanks to her background, Nina understands both client and freelancer perspectives. She has worked as an entrepreneur, led projects, and produced marketing across various industries.

In her work, Nina brings energy, creativity, and a strong drive for development. She has a natural ability to connect with people authentically, take initiative, and build solutions that move things forward. What feels most meaningful to her is enabling freelancers to enjoy freedom and create a life that truly reflects who they are through Smoothly.
