Pekka works at Smoothly in new customer acquisition. His focus is on understanding and solving clients’ content needs, while also continuously developing sales processes together with the team.
He started at Smoothly at the end of 2020 as a part-time booker alongside his studies, before quickly moving into a full-time role. Over the years, Pekka has grown into a knowledgeable and solution-oriented sales professional who knows how to focus on what matters most and build trust-based relationships with clients.
In his work, Pekka makes use of his strong problem-solving skills and natural social approach. He firmly believes that when you genuinely want the best for others, the good will always come back to you, and this is reflected in the way he interacts daily with both clients and colleagues. For Pekka, meaningful work means having his ideas taken seriously and being able to truly influence both the client experience and the development of the service.
At Smoothly, Pekka especially values the ambitious yet relaxed work atmosphere: here, people work hard but also laugh and share humor together.
In his free time, Pekka enjoys spending time with his family, as well as skateboarding, football, and ice hockey.
