Network Success Coordinator

Salla works in Smoothly’s Network Success Team, where she is responsible for building community, supporting sales, and contributing to development across different areas. At the core of her work is improving processes and practices, whether through automation, new ideas, or making everyday operations run more smoothly.

She joined Smoothly in 2021 on the recommendation of her friend (and later colleague) Johanna, and over the years has taken on a wide variety of roles, from client support to selecting creator teams. Salla’s way of working combines structure, creativity, and a desire to understand things on a deeper level. She gets especially excited when she can successfully turn an idea into practice and see it working.

At Smoothly, Salla values the balance between freedom and responsibility, as well as a work community where she can truly be herself. The work feels particularly meaningful to her because it aligns with her values and enables a flexible everyday life.

For Salla, learning and discovery are essential parts of life – and growth, both personally and professionally, is her constant goal.

In her free time, Salla enjoys books, nature spots, and cozy cafés. She loves traveling and having deep conversations with friends. Salla describes herself as someone who easily gets excited about new things.
